You can return items ordered from the A&T Store within 14 calendar days of receiving the order.

We will arrange the refund as soon as we have received the item. If a pick-up item has been cancelled and has already been invoiced, we will arrange the refund immediately after receipt of the cancellation. The method of refund depends on the original payment method.

If payment was made by credit card, refunds will be transferred

to the card-issuing bank within five working days of receipt of the returned items or cancellation. Customers can contact their bank to find out when the amount will be credited to their account.
